Exhale the day
When it’s time to relax, it’s a simple return to your sanctuary that’s not far away but away from it all. Walkways pave your way up to the elevated townhouses, which range from two to four bedrooms in size.
The development is eurythmic in appearance and in essence with unintrusive low-rise architecture and wooden cladding embodying our sustainable design approach. Capturing light at all times of the year, and carefully landscaped with native flora, Pukekura – The Parade is a haven in the heart of the city.
Inspired by the rich Pukekura natural environment, the interior features both mellow wooden tones and dusky wooden contrasts. Modernity is announced through crisp lines, elegant appliances and an open floor plan, providing a complete, but uninterrupted, premise that’s primed for your personal touch.
And when community calls, venture outside to a shared decking space that's sheltered by mature heritage trees.

Cultural Narrative
Pukekura resides in Ngāti Te Whiti territory and boasts a diverse history. Originally a plateau channelled by numerous waterways, Pukekura brimmed with thriving pā and papakāinga before becoming a Parade Ground for British Troops during the Taranaki Land Wars. From 1906 one specific area accommodated the New Plymouth Technical School. This same area is now the location of Pukekura – The Parade and is promising a vibrant future for generations to come.
